Lianne has proven ability to drive change in complex, regulated environments and translate business strategy into scalable, global people practices. She is bilingual (English/French) with cross-border experience across North America and Europe.

Lianne leads talent strategy and execution across a broad spectrum of services partnering with organizations to drive talent alignment, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize hiring processes, ensuring that every aspect of talent management supports overall business objectives.

Lianne is also an Operating Partner, Talent with Maverix Private Equity, where she plays a pivotal role in due diligence, supporting the investment teams in making strategic, data-driven decisions on talent and organizational fit. She provides people and talent expertise to portfolio companies, ensuring they have the leadership, structure, and culture necessary to scale effectively and drive long-term growth and leads the organizations HR & Talent efforts internally.
