Outplacement Support

Separations can be difficult for everyone, but we are able to support both you and your impacted employees through the experience. Our approach is empathetic, human and helpful — we aim to work with the separated employees to help set them up for success in their next job search. 

Pre-Services

  • Initial meeting with Leadership to establish a plan — what is going to happen, how, when, etc.

  • Communication and delivery strategy to remaining team

  • On-site for all separations — option to be in the room or in a separate space where employees can meet with me immediately after

  • Pricing: $5,500 for all pre-services (for five (5) lay offs or less) For large scale layoffs please contact for pricing.

Outplacement

  • Initial outreach to all separated employees

  • Maximum outreach of 2 emails and 2 text messages

  • Employees who choose to engage receive 3 hours of outplacement support:

    • 2 x 1:1 sessions —1 hour each

    • Resume review

    • Introduction to recruiters and companies where appropriate

    • One (1) 30-minute phone interview prep for their first interview

    • One (1) 30-minute phone debrief after their first interview.

Pricing: $$1,500 per employee who uses the service
